What services do you offer?

I provide a range of therapy services tailored to your individual needs, including person-centred counselling, cognitive behavioural therapy, and mindfulness techniques. Each session is personalised to address specific concerns and help you to improve your well-being. 

What are your fees?

I offer a free initial 15 minute consultation. Sessions are £55 for 50 minutes. There is no requirement for a fixed number of sessions. 

What can I expect during a therapy session?

During a therapy session with me, you can expect a safe and confidential environment where you can openly discuss your thoughts and feelings. I will listen attentively, offer guidance, and work collaboratively with you to explore solutions and promote personal growth.

How do I schedule a therapy session?

Scheduling an appointment is easy. Simply contact me via email at jmilestherapy@gmail.com to book a convenient time for your free initial 20 minute phone consultation. After your consultation if you'd like to go ahead we will schedule your sessions. 

Do you offer online or in-person sessions?

I offer both online and in-person sessions. Online sessions can be done on Zoom or by phone if you'd prefer to have a session without a camera. In-person sessions are done at The Therapy Hub in Keighley, West Yorkshire. See the map below for the location.
